The Science You Should Know
Newton’s Third Law of Motion says that for every action there is an equal and opposite reaction. That means when you pull down on the balloon, you build of stored (potential) energy or energy at rest. When you release the balloon, the stored energy forces the confetti up and out the tube which is Kinetic Energy (Energy in Motion).
